  1. You almost instantly fall in love (or hate) with the characters, their dialogue is real, and their banter so believable. The relationships between the characters developed so quickly and deeply, all because one man mysteriously appeared in town, and these relationships are making most of the characters a better version of themselves. Everyone should have a relationship like Earl and Cord’s, they are true kindred spirits. If you are lucky enough to have one, you know what I mean.
